🏛️ Our structure & strategy

The ICCSS Foundation

Grants, community engagement, monitoring, and the Baoboza partnership — the engine behind our mission.

Who we are

ICCSS Foundation

The International Coalition for Children Security and Safety operates through a foundation model focused on sustainability, transparency, and local empowerment. Our work is built on four strategic pillars: grants, donations, fundraising events, and the Baoboza partnership.

We ensure that every dollar reaches the children who need it most, with rigorous monitoring and community involvement.

Our resource strategy

Diverse funding streams to ensure long-term sustainability and impact.

1. Grants

We actively seek grants from governmental and non-governmental organizations aligned with child protection in conflict zones.

Relationships with grant-making bodies to expand reach.

2. Donations

Targeted campaigns encouraging individual and corporate donations. Compelling stories and data inspire contributions.

Transparency and accountability guaranteed.

3. Fundraising Events

Engaging events that raise money and awareness. Platforms for community engagement and connecting with advocates.

Baoboza platform

The International African B2B import/export digital platform allocates 10% of its profits directly to ICCSS.

This sustainable revenue stream allows us to plan long-term and reduce dependency on traditional fundraising cycles.

Innovative funding

Baoboza: 10% for children

Baoboza is not just a business — it's a commitment. Every transaction on the platform contributes to building a safer world for children. This partnership ensures that our foundation has a reliable, ethical income source.

Together, we're proving that commerce and compassion can coexist.
