Core objectives
Seven strategic goals to transform child safety globally — from universal war law to community empowerment.
Our pillars of action
Based on the ICCSS foundation document and Baoboza vision.

2. Parental Accountability
Advocate for accountability of parents who fail to provide adequate care — love, nurture, education. Guidelines for evaluating responsibility during conflicts.
Child trafficking: join forces with NGOs worldwide.
3. Support for Child Victims
Partner with qualified trauma therapists. Fund and facilitate mental health services for children affected by war violence.
Restoring mental and spiritual well-being.
4. Education & Awareness

5. Research & Policy

Universal War Law explained
Building upon the Geneva Convention and International Humanitarian Law, we advocate for a binding principle: military actions are only legitimate if they prioritize the protection of children and civilians.
- Zero child casualties as a minimum standard in any conflict.
- Collaboration with UNICEF and international organizations to gain support.
- Monitoring mechanisms to track violations and ensure accountability.
Geneva +
Extending the Geneva Convention to explicitly criminalize any military action that does not guarantee civilian and child protection as the primary objective. We are building a global coalition to introduce this protocol.
Combating child trafficking
We join forces with anti-trafficking NGOs to provide immediate support, legal aid, and rehabilitation for trafficked children.
Parental responsibility in conflict
We advocate for clear guidelines evaluating parental responsibility when children are at risk. Negligence in providing love, nurture, and education must be addressed even during emergencies.
Through community workshops and legal frameworks, we empower families to protect their children and hold systems accountable.
Healing trauma
Qualified therapists, psychological rehabilitation, and community-based mental health programs.
Trauma specialists
Network of certified therapists experienced in child war trauma.
Safe spaces
Child-friendly centers for counseling and play therapy.
Spiritual care
Restoring hope and meaning through age-appropriate programs.
Evidence-based advocacy
We conduct rigorous research on the effects of war on children and civilian populations, partnering with universities and think tanks.
- Policy briefs for UN and governments
- Data dashboards on child casualties
- Academic publications and case studies
